Why? That Russian woman said that it is her house, without electricity, without anything, that they have so poor situation in her family.

I would recommend to come first to your Russian bride and say that you want to prepare everything together, if your woman from Russia has serious plans, she will be sincerely happy to have you near her. And if you keep this suggestion you will see her reaction. Or it is always possible to connect with the international dating agency and they will help you to solve this problem! Just be wary! International marriage isn't simple!
