A calling card or phone card - a phone credit card with a Personal Identification Code (PIN) used for a pre-picked international company being gone from home or not at work. Cellular international telephone calling plans allow to ring up a telephone all over the world with a phone card dialing a predetermined number (often toll free call). It is not totally free, like a few Voice over IP companies promote, but the quality is much better and you doen't have to be connected t the internet to make calls. Give it a try!
