Collaboration

There are 3 methodologies of interpersonal interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.

Getting to know what is different between them is crutial to ensure that an appropriate software solution is used to fulfill your needs.

An interaction of conversation is a transfer of ideas and transactional interaction is an exchange of a transaction entity between 2 or more people involeved, while collaborative interaction is meant for a modification of a collaboration entity, for instance: achievement of a common objective.

Interactions of collaboration are dealt with in such a way that the main purpose of the participants is to introduce changes into the collaboration entity from what has been non-secured and intangible, for example, an idea, into a useful solution, for instance a blueprint.
