There are 3 types of interpersonal interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.

If you want to make the correct choice with regard to software solution, you have to understand the differences that exist between those interactions.

Conversational interaction is a transfer of information and an interaction of transaction is transfer of a transaction entity between 2 or more people involeved, while collaborative interaction is employed for a change of a substance of collaboration, for example: reaching a shared objective.

Interactions of collaboration are dealt with in such a way that the key purpose of the participants is to introduce changes into the collaboration substance from what has been unstable and immaterial, for example, an idea, into something useful, for example a blueprint.

Collaborative software

Teamwork software is considered to be one type of groupware programs that make it easier for people share information and work together on projects.

Its excellent usefulness lets team members to manage action plans, exchange documents, track projects, supervise schedules, automate business processes, be duely notified of any new objectives and things they are involved in. There are a plenty of approaches to making these applications useful: managing events, papers and projects, automating business processes and coordinating work of two or more business units or even firms.
