Collaboration

There are three methodologies of human interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.

Getting to know their differences is vital to secure that an appropriate software application is chosen to satisfy your needs.

Conversational interaction is an exchange of information and an interaction of transaction is transfer of a transaction substance between two or more people involeved, whereas an interaction of collaboration is used for a change of a collaboration entity, ex.: achievement of a common objective.

Collaborative interactions are organized in such a way that the main objective of the participants is to modify the collaboration entity from what used to be unstable and immaterial, for example, an idea, into something useful, for example a blueprint.

Collaboration Software

Collaboration software is considered to be one type of groupware types that allow people exchange information and work as a team on various tasks.

Its powerful functionality allows project activists to browse action plans, access shared documents, be updated on projects, moderate schedules, facilitate business processes, be promptly reminded of any tasks and things they are involved in. There are a plenty of approaches to making these applications useful: managing events, papers and projects, facilitating business processes and coordinating work of two or more departments or even offices.
