Recently Total Call International and IDT/UTA was charged with illegitimate actions by the group of telephone corporations that included IDT Telecom Inc. and LLC. It is the fourth group of accused which have resolved the litigation initiated by IDT/UTA. Epana Networks, Inc., Dollar Phone Corp. and related structures, and Locus Telecommunications, Inc are also attracted into the assize. IDT/UTA's lawsuit against the remaining defendants is still continuing in federal tribunal in Newark, New Jersey.
