Unjust rivalry on the telecommunication services market

Are you confident in there are 60 seconds in a minute? But recently one of the IDT companies announced that most of corporations, that sell phone cards, give just 36 seconds instead of 60. A lot of world-known corporations asserted that it can't be any upright rivalry if one of competitors has unjust benefit before the start of a competition. In 2007 IDT/UTA (Union Telecard Alliance) commenced a lawsuit against some companies-providers of prepaid phone cards alleging erroneous advertisement and misleading trade practices.

That is difficult to believe, but some of unjust card promoters deliver just approximately 60% of minutes, that were paid for. Recently Total Call International and IDT/UTA was charged with illegitimate actions by the group of telephone corporations that included IDT Telecom Inc. and LLC. It is the fourth group of accused which have resolved the litigation initiated by IDT/UTA. Epana Networks, Inc., Dollar Phone Corp. and related structures, and Locus Telecommunications, Inc are also attracted into the assize. IDT/UTA's lawsuit against the remaining defendants is still continuing in federal tribunal in Newark, New Jersey. This new method permits any client to determine the duration of the minute that befits him the best, and the company will deduct units form the account and the user will have got an opportunity to check precisely how many minutes were kept back and how many are left.
